Privacy Policy

PTCG News (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ptcg.news, and how we use it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or submit a store, we collect what you type in, such as your name, email address, and store details. These forms are processed by our form provider, Formspree, which delivers the message to our inbox.

Information collected automatically. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics), it counts visits without using cookies or tracking you across sites.

Stored on your device. We save your light/dark mode choice in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How we use information

• To reply to your messages and verify store submissions.
• To publish store listings you ask us to add (business details only).
• To keep the site running, secure and fast.

Sharing

We only share information with the service providers needed to run the site (Formspree and Cloudflare), or when required by law. Published store listings are public by design.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

We keep form messages only as long as needed to respond and for our records, then delete them.

Links to other sites

We link to stores, social media and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
